- Privacy: You have the right to privacy.
- Comment: You and your family / guardian have the right to tell us if something is wrong in the delivery of your care.
- Information on Bills: You have the right to understand and receive information on the payment of bills in accordance with the policies of the centre.
- Complaint / Feedback: You have a right to complain or give feedback to the Centre Manager, in writing, so that a corrective action can be taken for your concern(s).
- Access to care: You have to provide / share relevant medical history and other information to access necessary healthcare.
- Respect: You have to respect the rights of other patients so they can receive the medical care without disturbance.
- Communication: You have to communicate, without any barriers or hesitations, to your treating doctor about your health problems.
- Participation: You have to tell us if you do not understand anything related to your care or you feel that you are unable to follow the instruction given.
- Pay Fees: You have the responsibility for prompt payment of your bills.
- Follow Rules: you have to follow the rules of the centre such as “No Smoking”, “OPD Timings”, “No Flowers”, “No outside eatables” and other rules of the centre.
- Only 1 or at the most 2 attendants (Except in extra-ordinary situation) should accompany the patient inside the doctor’s consultation chamber.
- Keep your and attendant’s mobile phones on silent mode before entering the doctor’s consultation chamber.
- Unless the patient is child, do not bring child / children inside the doctor’s consultation chamber.
- Take care of your belongings whenever you carry along with you. Centre’s staff and management is not responsible in case of any damage or theft of the same.
